Heat Treatment Facility

Our production tool is completed by state of the art kiln, for the phytosanitary treatment and the drying of the wood.
The produced pallets are heat treated in this Kiln (EU origin) that has a treatment capacity of 600 - 1200 pallet per working cycle.
Many wooden types of furniture and other wooden materials are more likely to get affected by the termites. For any process to avoid the contact of the bugs and the termites the material should be sterilized. And the important thing is we have to very careful in destroying the pallet.
The wood is a good conductor of the heat. The average heat that must be used for the sterilizing the heat pallet is 53 degree Celsius and be careful that the heat doesn’t go beyond that
There is more chance for the parasite to feed into the wood and get spread. To avoid those cases the wooden pallets are sterilized through heat.
The pallets are heated untill the temperature reaches the minimum up to 56 to 60 degree in different time varients depends the moisture content and quality of wood. Heat Treatment or Kiln dry treatment is only used to woods, while the main purpose of this treatment is to destroy any kind of live particles such as (fungus, bacteria , infections , pests )available in the woods and pallets.

All pallets are subjected to an initial temperature of 60*C and are treated for 3 to 4 hours to reduce the moisture content to the level of 16% to 20% Vol.
Accordingly, all of our products adhere to ISPM 15 international regulations allowing them to be exported to other countries.
This stand is very stable because the design is a robust and comprehensive platform that helps in preventing buckling material in the center.
